Rey had been finished with lessons for the day. She had to admit the academy wasn't such a bad idea afteral. She got to meet new people, get an education and not worry about monsters posing as teachers or students just to hurt her. Or any other demigod for that matter. Besides, it was fun meeting all these gifted mortals and helping to ease them in the demigod life. In fact that was the reason she had stuck around even after her classes for the day were over. She had archery 101 for those who didn't want to get up close and personal with a monster. But that wasn't until a couple of hours later, which meant she had plenty of time to get up close and personal with that shiny drumset in the music classroom.

Her trusty drumsticks were at their rightful place in the back pocket of her bluejeans. She stepped in the empty classroom, leaving the door slightly open behind her. Setting her backpack on a nearby chair, she slided her drumsticks out of their leather holster and took her seat at the drumset. She played a quick warm up to get a feel of the set and to do some fine tuning that her musically inclined ears were able to detect. With her Apollo reputation satisfied and upheld, Rey wondered which song she was going to do a drum cover of first. She briefly thought of Radioactive, but then again it would be too cliche as it would match her black Imagine Dragons band T-shirt.

Pulling her hair in a quick ponytail, she twisted her drumsticks once in the air and began to play her version of This is Halloween in its rock version. Her headphones were working in just the right volume of sound so she could hear the song over her drums, but for the drums to not be completely outplayed. Soon she found herself lost in her jamming session.
