How to Audition
Please double check and make sure that your desired leadership is open before auditioning in their designated claims thread! If your character's info is not within 24 hours of being accepted, feel free to post a reminder. There are no reservations.
CABIN LEADER
Job Description: Cabin Leaders are responsible for their cabin and their half-siblings. They chose the cabin's activities, go to war councils, lead them to meals, and do cabin inspections. The cabin leader is generally the most experienced camper in the cabin. The requirements for applying are:
-> The character must have been created for at least a month.
-> Your post count must be 15 or higher.
-> You must be able to post a minimum of four posts per month.
-> You must PM each of the admins the audition form.
TEACHER
Job Description: Teachers of the academy for blessed mortals must be able to proficiently perform the powers their parents have passed down to them. They must have a syllabus and teaching plan for the students.
-> The character must have been created for at least a month.
-> You must be able to post a minimum of three posts per month.
-> You must PM each of the admins the lesson plan form.
PRAETOR
Job Description: Praetors serve as the head commanders and judicial administrators of the legion. They act as leaders in all legion affairs, such as battles. There are only two in this position at the same time, one male and one female. Typically to be a praetor they have had to be in the legion for five years, but exceptions have been made. Praetors are distinguished in the legion by wearing an eagle medal and purple cape.
There is no audition for this leadership position. If the admins feel that your character is a good fit for the position, they will PM you asking to fill out an application form, and decide from there. Some requirements we will look for in asking one to audition are as follows:
-> the character must have been created for at least two months.
-> The character is in/has completed multiple well-developed plots and threads.
-> The member is an active member of the IoB community.
-> The member is on good standing with all members on the site.
CENTURION
Job Description: Centurions are the two leaders of each cohort. They lead their cohort into battle, make weekly chore/duty schedules, and perform bunk inspections. Like praetors, there is one male and one female in power. Centurions have to be literate in Latin, have a letter of recommendation, and experience in battles and/or quests.
-> The character must have been created for at least a month.
-> Your post count must be 15 or higher.
-> You must be able to post a minimum of four posts per month.
-> You must PM each of the admins the audition form.
AUGUR
Job Description: The augur is given the duty of observing and interpreting omens to provide guidance for future events. They interpret the will of the Gods by observing the flight of birds. They are in charge of giving legionnaire's tattoos by saying their name, divine parent or ancestor, and their years of service to the legion If both of the praetors are unable to lead, the augur is next in line.
-> The character must have been created for at least two months.
-> Your post count must be 15 or higher.
-> You must be able to post a minimum of four posts per month.
-> The character must be in multiple well-developed plots and threads.
-> You must PM each of the admins the audition form.
RESIDENT ADVISOR
Job Description: RAs are typically older students of the academy for mortals. They are in charge of keeping the dormitories safe and making sure the rules are not being broken. There is one male and one female for their respective floors.
-> The character must have been created for at least a month.
-> Your post count must be 15 or higher.
-> You must be able to post a minimum of four posts per month.
-> You must PM each of the admins the audition form.
